No Notice for rental increment

I have been asking for them to provide me with proof of rental increment for the past 3 months and no one says anything but they keep taking my money. What's wrong with letting me know that my rental will go up so I can plan? I am very disappointed with the service I am getting. I call the office, calls go unanswered
