No electricity at Southgate Ridge Security Estate

No electricity at Southgate Ridge since yesterday at 3pm. We have been told that it's a power outage but to our surprise all our neighbours outside the complex have electricity. What kind of an outage is this. We pay rent but we are not getting a proper service. We have small children, our food is getting spoiled in the fridge. Some of us are working from home.
