Never rent with IHS

This company does not even deserve any stars. I moved into The Residence Estate and discovered a massive mould issue, there is poor ventilation and every day we had to clean mould off our walls. How was a brand new apartment built to not protect from mould? I have never experienced such, even with older apartments in the past. Even worse, they do not want to admit to the problem. To protect my family's health, we decided to move out instead. Furthermore, the management is arrogant, poor with communication and always finding fault with their tenants. I had no warm water on the day that I moved in and it only got attended to 2 days later. My washing machine was using geyser water as pipes were not set up correctly. They suppose to maintain your garden, yet I only had a gardener came once to my property after I made an arrangement. They run the 50% deposit special to just take all your money for unnecessary repairs when you move out. This is a ****. NEVER rent with IHS.
