There are many stories/experiences shared about the management of this property whilst living at the complex by other residents. I hope that no one experiences the amount of disgust and unprofessional behaviour that this real estate agency provides. They will do and accomplish their best to withhold your deposit when existing the unit. They will even debit you after existing the unit for additional maintenance charges. DONT EVER MOVE IN HERE. The have inhabited a culture of denying and robbing residents the right to their deposit refunds with general repairs and maintenance accusations. Poor service and pathetic ethics. No respect for people. Their documents are invalid with invalid dates and information and they refuse to listen to the queries of the residents.
