Negligence

I moved in only for 9 days and I get ****** in an alleged safe complex for all I know the developer and the security are working and in hand.

I literally lost stuff worth more than 40 thousand rand.

Can you explain to me how people came in without a break in

1 , the spare keys are kept by the management on the premise

2 zanele the agent for IHS promised and reiterated 100% security.

3 NOTHING WAS DONE False advertising of security 24hr patrol because the security book reports everything is well.

4 I payed 15800 rand to move in to the co.plex and now I just payed 18100 to move out..

5 where is the footage , where is the security books , where was the security.

6 i was handed only one key per door upon entry yet a key locking system comes with 2 or 3 sets.

I need answers from the developer and the security company.

Otherwise I need compensation i will also open a case against the parties involved and also notify everyone who resides there of the tragedy, I will also surely make sure that the press knows this because it is utterly unacceptable.

I need answers this is not a joke honestly I could've been killed in my own house yet there's security at the gate.

For this reason I need compensation from the developer or the security company.

I could've lost my life just because a company needs money. I could've been ****d or tortured in this alleged 24hr gated community.

Where is my stuff in the so called security gated complex. Please I need answers this is not a joke.

And nothing had been done only sorrys , honestly there is nothing under the sun like that , I need answers as soon as yesterday.
