My xenophobic and ****** experience for an apartment!

I have been trying to get an apartment at Southgate Ridge Security Estate for the past 2 months. I will start off by explaining the experience I had with the estate manager Tracy Erasmus who I had to call every day to find out the status of the application and find out if there are outstanding documents. Okay, the first month we bypassed that. Because I am a persistent so I said I will give it a try again second month tried applying again after I provided everything she needed and forwarded documents 3 times she then could not provide me with the status of the application and requested I re apply, I then later realised the issue is not my credit score nor is it my pay the issue is with the fact that I am black and not in the so called elite society to get proper assistance, they then approved my application with a response that I have to pay double deposit because my partner is a foreign national who has all the correct documents and is in the country legally, employed and educated in the country. Tracy then said she will get her manager to call me. ALL I can say I have given up because there are options out there. After being taken for granted and being undermined because of my race and my boyfriend's nationality. The company must review their xenophobic and ****** laws out of respect!
