Ihs property is a garbage and ***** developer which have gone as far as to *******ly tweak their electricity meters to charge their tenants more by having their metres drain electricity quicker.. They have even *******ly removed tap heads from the taps in the complex so tenants cannot use water outside. Southgate Ridge by IHS properties is a toilet of a place to live in, so don't be fooled by their NO DEPOSIT SPECIAL.. They are ******!!
