Molware Estate is the pits

It is incredible how many complaints there are about IHS property however instead of getting better it just keeps getting worse. Do not live in their properties, taje your money and run. Do not even consider them ATALL. If you want a mental illness, stress, a ****roach infestation, your car to be damaged and financial fights, then go ahead and move into any IHS Property. Right now at Molware Estate a part of their building has fallen onto my neighbors car. When complaining, the caretaker tells him about a disclaimer saying we park at our own risk. So if it was a child or even an adult who was injured by this falling object then what? Disclaimer? I moved in December last year. I am moving out next week on the 1st. I have had sooo many complaints it's been ridiculous. My car was scribbled on by the kids who play in the parking, they never attended to maintenance issues, they changed my number at the gate and another tenant was letting people in through my apartment number, the roaches are insane, the noise is ridiculous, laundry goes missing. Yeyi, it's been absolute hell living here. I can't anymore. I already know there's going to be a fight about my deposit returning to me. Yoh guys this is the pits
