Molware Estate Centurion bad place to rent

I was renting at Ihs Property Management at Molware Estate in Kosmodal Centurion. I had a bad experience with this ******** property company. When I moved in the walls were dirty & window frames were rusted, So they told us that the maintenance people will come to paint. They came to paint but guess what they never painted the whole house & I was at work when that happened. When we came back we thought maybe they will come back the following day, I phoned them & they told me that they are done. So we stayed there for almost 3 years. & we decided to move out & they were supposed to give us our deposit money money guess what they did, they said we made the walls to be dirty & window frames are rusted so they will use the money for painting & we must pay them R400 on top of our deposit money otherwise they will blacklist us. I told them that the window frames were rusted even when we moved in & the walls were never painted all of them. I wouldn't encourage anyone to rent at that place & the so called caretaker he always makes parties when you need assistance his not available immediately. BAD SERVICE........
