Mistreatment of tenants by ihs

I moved to this place a year ago. This was few dsyd before the lockdown. They were supposed to come fix the cupboards but the guy called Learnard he was still the landlord he told me after the lockdown and i understood but from the 1st of may all was back to normal meaning they can still come and fix. I emailed them and emailed them until theres a now landlord Martha but still they have been ignoring me and not doing anything about fixing what was supposed to be called incoming inspection. Now the cupboard doors is off and ever since i moved in this place is a mess. I am under IHS.
