Stayed at one of their properties (Stanley Park) and when I moved out, I was charged over R5000 to fix the apartment. What’s weird is that the inspection report before moving in is the same as the one for moving out. They charged and sent me an invoice (from a 3rd party company) with damages in my apartment. Even the caretaker noted that the apartment was the same as I have left it. I would recommend to anyone who wants to rent at sny of their properties to take videos of the apartment before moving in and after moving out because they will **** you
