Mantainance/Refunds

I woudnt recommend anyone to rest in their properties...they are the worst agency ever...maintenance service the worst...everything is broken inside their units..especially Little Manhattan lower East..

Refunds the youl get it after you hav threatened them enough an they will give you 10% of ur deposit without chart sheet...theres Andries Komoreng and Candice Setton-Stein they will take you up and down with refunds... These property management are aware we complain and nothing will happen to them, thats why they keep on functioning with complains coming in and out...WORST PROPERTT SERVICE PROVIDERS
