Maintenance

My overall stay has been pleasant at Erand creek despite some avoidable challenges I experience here and there. The major reason I’m writing this review is due to our complex manager Zinhle . We have had our stove malfunction for over a week. We followed process and logged the query on the website. We also informed her about it , she hasn’t rep**** to any of my texts on WhatsApp and has been avoiding texts from my husband at all. Utterly not happy with her service . She renders rather poor service for a maintenance manager .
