Luke is very rude and has very poor management service.

The Residence parklands north complex manager named Luke is so rude very rude and ****** with poor service and a stinking attitude.

I still wonder how such people get such jobs especially knowing well you will be dealing with people.

Luke has been in so many cases that even involve police, IHS must do something about Luke his very bad.

I struggled to get my finger prints done for 3 month and while I’m busy asking him wen I will get them done he tells me his busy and then tells security to make people sign in at their own residence.

He then makes appointments that himself forgets because he cannot even manage his diary well actually I doubt he has a diary or outlook for that matter.

I’ve never seen such a bad manager with no experience in my entire life.
