Little Manhattans west village-now known as INSTRATIN

Little Manhattans west village is charging people an extra fee for making a manual monthly rental and if you don't pay that they block you from purchasing electricity. If you planning to stay there, do your self a favor and choose somewhere else. The place if filled with ****roaches and they do not even fumigate, they say that its a tenant's responsibility. The passage ways are dirty and never cleaned. I have stayed there for three years and my windows have never been cleaned. Please don't go there.
