I’m so tired of this management. They don’t keep us updated with regards to security. The biometric system is never working and there is hardly access especially for pedestrians. If it weren’t for the app we wouldn’t be able to enter and exit the complex. Rent is paid according to how much you earn but the units are all the same size, which is not fair! Maintenance is a huge issue as well as most units have faulty sockets or leaking pipes but they don’t bother to come and fix it even though it was reported. We’ve been complaining to management but they don’t bother.
