LETTER FOF DEMAND ********

Imagine being served a letter of demand for an amount of over 2K. The building manager noted defects in the entry inspection, and then noted these same defects in the exit inspection and demanded that tenants be liable for repairs.

Now they are not responding to emails because they want to submit summons. Living in an IHS Property was the worst decision ever. David Mazibuko is *********** as a building manager!

I will take this to court, the rental tribunal, and the Ombudsman. They will not get away with this!!
