ISH Property Management Bad customer Service

I was being assisted by an Agent called Fally Kekana with an Apartment in Randburg. This lady lack customer service, ubuntu, sense of urgency and very unprofessional. I enquired about an apartment , the responds was always a day or more, the process of signing the lease agreement and all admin was not well coordinated you have to ask her or she will send you a message on the last minute that there is a document you need to sign.

Now on the day when one has to move in, she comes 2 hours later out of the appointment time she had scheduled, no apology and after few minutes of taking pictures she says her phone has died. The entire express was a nightmare I don't know how a person like her is going this kind of job cause it seems like she doesn't like it.
