Inhuman treatment of tenants by ihs and siyanqoba debt collectors

These are the worst property managers who instruct a company called siyanqoba debt collections (pty)Ltd to switch off electricity when you do not pay rent on time or late. They then hound you with telephone calls and always pretend they have nothing to do with the cutting of the electricity although the said electricity is pre-paid. Further more whenever you pay rent at the atm which is much cheaper they claim a certain amount from tenants saying it's for bank charges yet there are no charges that are made by banks. When you call and make payment arrangements their credit controllers especially Thandeka Maseko,Gladness Ngobeni and Waylin Abaker will make as if all is in order then you will receive an email informing the tenant the lease agreement has been terminated and needs to vacate and upon query will say ignore the letter it is just a standard letter or email they send to tenants. Infact the credit controllers are very rude and judgemental and will tell you pay or face their debt collectors shrewedness. When making adverti*****ts their properties are said to be rent to own and by the time you are in then you realise it's all a lie.
