INHUMAN TREATMENT

<p>I've been staying at one of IHS complex for 3 years. I've been a very honourable tenant in means of rental but this just one month I experienced a bit of financial strains. Seeing that I called the complex manager and he gave me the email address to send my arrangements. But guess what ~ a very RUDE, ***********, INSENSITIVE person call me and told that my account will be handed over to debt collectors if I don't settle it soon. I tried to explain but I could hear that she has no intentions of listening. What made me more livid is the fact that I gave them any problems and I was responsible enough to phone upfront. The treatment she gave me was sick and highly rude. Who doesn't have that one month of finacial strains in life. The complex is IHS in Soweto ~ they should teach Onica Maepa a little bit of manners and mor of customer service and respect.</p>
