Inefficient Company

Stuff is *********** and unprofessional.

I have recently moved into Stanley park and my stay has been nothing but a nightmare. From struggling to getting a copy of my lease to experiencing hidden costs which i was never informed about. The stuff here is *********** and unprofessional, you have to run after them to get the slightest thing done. They did not even debit my rent, called them numerous times. First they said my banking details were incorrect, how did they approve without verifying my details? and why not inform me if? Wow! I eventually resent my statement, a day later the money is till not debited. I call to inquire about this, they tell me their emails are not working. How did you acknowledge receipt of my email if your emails are not working. I have no words to express how inefficient this company is.
