IHS property management needs to hire competent and capable people. but Instead, Tenants are left to deal with people like Thandeka Maseko who doesnt know whethers shes Arthur or Martha.

The absolute bull**** stories we have had to endure when dealing with this person and IHS property as a whole is absolutely damn pathetic.
