Adam Masotsya doesn't understanding his responsibilities as property manager. I reported the broken bugler door locker, and it was fixed, but I was surprised when I found out that they charged me R 460.00 to be paid with current rent without my consent. Adam doesn't understand wear and tear maintenance and his very ***********. The funny part, he doesn’t even understand the lease agreement contract. In less than six months after moving in, I had to pay for a blocked bath tub. Now,I haven't even finished 12 months in the building but he wants me to R 460 without my consent.
