Pathetic.... I will not recommend IHS Property Management to my worst enemy.

The agent Charlotte Maroodaza from Birchwood Village is utterly ***********. I have never struggled so much to get hold of an agent. She never replies to your emails and her phone is always off.

I wanted to view an apartment, but she insisted that I have to trust her and just move in. How can you move into an apartment that you haven't seen at all??????

She lost a client witch was ready to sign, but her incompetency cost a client.
