The level of incompetency of the stuff, no communication whats so ever, they switch of my electricity with out calling me if I have paid or not.They won't even check on their system if the payment reflect on the system, I spoke to the lady by the name Talent she was so rude to me. I don't know if she doesn't understand English or what? and the lady from from credit control to the site manager, the way they treated me it was as if, they don't care about the business or they are trying to sabotage their employer by being rude, the behavior is disgusting.
