Incompetency at the highest level

Shocking service and incompetence from this company, they just dont care about tenants, they are just out to make money. I have an issue as I'm staying at one if the properties in Protea park, Soweto. I have been billed for things I know nothing of, apparently a plumbing job was done at my unit and no such happened, I pay the rent into their account and send proof of payment, and now this month I got debited so meaning I paid twice. And no one is assisting I'm being sent from pillar to post.
