Incompetence does not cover it
This company is supposed to manage property and tennants. The service level is non-existent. The call centre is never operational. Just try making a call... it rings and rings no matter which department you are trying to reach evetually it goes to voice mail. “Please leave a message and we will call you back.... sorry the reciever has no more space for messages, goodbye.” I mean really what kind of call center does that? And this is not a one time thing, I have called many times over the last 2 years. I have not seen any competance from this company since they took over my building. Taking over 6 weeks to answer a simple question (and only answering after being threatened with a review on Hello Peter). Sending out increase letters that are in breach of the signed contract. Sending out SMSs about funds owed.... Tell me how can I owe money on a debit order that IHS has set up? IHS tells me that I owe them money, how? And it’s not the first time either. Previously I called and called and called and called and finally got a person to talk to who sent an email saying “This is to confirm that the SMS was not supposed to be sent.” Now it is happening again. How many calls will it take this time before someone answers and sends me from pillar to post? And get this IHS sends out letters and SMSs asking tennants to ensure they use the proper reference number when making payments, or they will be fined. Hello, IHS set up the debit orders, if the reference number is wrong its not the tennants fault its IHS to blame.
