******* disconnection of electricity

I’ve been renting a unit from this company for almost 2 years, my concern is when you fall behind or late with your rental, they disconnect your electricity which is ******* and it’s a ******** offense according to the Rental Housing Tribunal ACT 50 of 1999, I’m just wondering if they’re aware of this or they’re taking advantage of their tenants who doesn’t have such information. My other concern is that, when you pay a deposit, the money should be invested in an interest bearing institution, with them you only get 2% interest when you vacate the unit, I was told this when I asked for my statement.and when you challenge them they threaten you with an ******* eviction notice. Then there’s this rude lady called Kedibone, she lack humanity. What I want from them is to stop the ******* disconnection of electricity.
