IHSPM needs to be shut down - a disgrace for any rental agency

This company is the worse rental agent company I have every encountered with. They do not get back to you and if they get back to you, you have to beg them to get information. They want you to sign suretyship without any lease agreement nor explaining their terms and conditions, before they will rent you any place. This company are doing business very unprofessional and do not care about a potential tenant - they told me that if I do not sign a suretyship (without seeing their terms and conditions and no lease agreement information) I can take my business else where. So in other words, the client or potential tenant is not important and they made it clear that they do not care at all. Be aware of them and do not use them - they do not care about you. They also do not want to give management's details, so that complains can go directly to the owners. Stay away from them - they are ****ming potential tenants.
