IHSPM Birchwood Village, they are the worst of ********. Zoey and Thabiso you need to be taught a lesson

A unit which had maintenance and building issues within the first 6 months of 4yrs in Birchwood Village, never even done random maintenance, now on exit Thabiso Makgalamela and Zoey Forbay come with a long list from an inspection which was done by Thabiso alone. Thabiso who is very useless to say the list - replaced an old man who used to engage and not runaway from building matters, is now listing that I pay for that unit. He couldn’t attend to nothing I called him for, would opt to either switch off his phone or ignore calls, how could he have done an inspection alone?

*The unit was left spotless with not a single mark on the wall but I must paint all the walls which Thabiso - who inspected it alone, said they needed painting. I mean ihspm never did nothing there in 4yrs but I must paint for them. * I must paint the mould on the ceiling which I informed them of in January 2021, they suspected damp issues due to the rain over the 2020 festive season, nothing was ever done. I was instead told that the complex would be entirely repainted (only to discover a year later that they waited for my exit). * Leakage from the top unit which was reported in 2018 must be fixed by my deposit as well. All my fused lights due to that water have never been paid for but I got charged for light bulbs even though I had left them 4 spare ones. * The unit was dirty when we moved in and I was told it was due to the “influx of new tenants that it didn’t get attention”. When I moved out, I chose to clean it - just for the next person, even wiped the walls as our previous neighbours had already informed us of the ******** - BUT MY DEPOSIT must now pay for cleaning and painting of the entire unit. What the hell!! * Broken shower tiles which I reported in 2*** but were never attended to must now be replaced by me - even though the Maintanance team (which came to replace 4-6 pieces of the whole lot) noted that the developer used the poor grout and the whole complex had the same issue, but in 2022 January - Thabiso is shifting that to me. * Leaked basin which was reported in 2018 was only replaced in 2021, but the door that got damaged as a result, must be repaired by me. * Why was I never shown the report before I demanded my refund? Why did Thabiso choose his own time to do inspection - when he was alone? * Where is the pre-occupation which addresses what was done from my cousin’s exit inspection (fortunately we occupied the same unit). I need her report with her signature.

Zoey asked that I send her all my complaints and reports to her, does she not work there? Why does she not have call out reports and all the work done? ihspm are the worst of ********, I am feeling sorry for those who bought there for investment, I will expose them - I have all the communication. Zoey and Thabiso, I will show you. You have picked a wrong person this time.
