IHSM abuses tenants

I stayed at South Gate Ridge Security Village and upon moving out it was such a nightmare. 1. The building manager ( Percy) is very ***********. I complained about so many maintenance issues during my stay that he never attended to and upon moving out I was charged for them. 2. Their accounts lady is so rude and arrogant when you query your statements. 3. I put in a notice to move out end of October and no one cared to follow it up after numerous emails to various departments. Eventually I was charged rent and water for November when I wasn't even staying there and the useless building manager only attended to the moving out inspection late hence I'm charged. 4. They charged me ridiculously for items to be replaced or fixed : for example how can replacing a small glass (maybe 1/2 m squared) cost R690? a curtain rail cost R250? 5. Now I need to run after everyone to reverse all those unnecessary charges and they're telling me that the same useless building manager must send an email to them to reverse the transactions.
