The team that manages Stanley Park is hopeless. No maintenance. Ineffective communication, you have probe and prod the Property Manager for information. Grounds maintenance is appaling. Mould, cracks, response time to get assistance, laughable. Why is IHS syill in business? City Power will issue a notice of scheduled maintenance 2 weeks ahead and IHS will sit with it untill the power is actually switched off and tenants are enquiring. Only section they keep clean regularly and paint its walls is the show houses section to lure unsuspecting buyers with false advertising.
