Ihs property molware estate 24/7 reliable security a pipe dream

My car bumped by hit and run Saturday night at my parking spot and no willingness to find perpetrator from ihs nor their security company. I learnt the hard way that 24/7 reliable security that was written on the adverti*****t to attract me to stay here is non existent.I now received a quote of R44 000 to fix my car and no one here is coming to the party.did I try contact ihs ,the answer is yes and on numerous platforms for that matter.The day I recover financially from this I have to move out and warn people about the dream that is being sold.i am extremely disappointed to say the least.
