IHS Property Managment poor business model

Worst property management company to use when looking for property to rent. Would never recommend buying any of their used property due to poor quality material they use in the properties. The maintenance is bad and use the least quality material. We stayed without a bath tab for a period of at least 6 months due to inappropriate plumbing system. It appears they have a business strategy of employing poor quality material with the intention to hold and not refund tenants their deposits in order to replace the material.
