IHS Property Management's Candlewood Crescent in Boksburg Sucks

I regret setting my foot in Candlewood Crescent, the management of the complex is appalling, if it is not leaking taps it is malfunctioning geyser that will be fixed after a week, if it is not that, we'll go for over 3 days without electricity, and yes no acknowledgement from the property managers to the wasted food that had to be thrown away because of that. Billing also is another problem after they noticed that there were leaking taps in our unit, there is still no acknowledgement or compensation for being billed for leaking taps and malfunctioning geyser.
