Ihs Property Management worst rental company

I regret myself for renting out a flat with IHSPM, their agents are unhelpful. They're busy running a debit order on my bank account on the last day of every month while i had already paid my rent 3-5 days before. after they keep on charging me a disputed debit order fee of R200 while i had paid them already. I can't even deal with their useless call centre that keeps on transferring me from pillar to post and their customer service email is not working.
