IHS Property Management ****ging tenants!

For months people have been leaving this place because of their shady deals with Ismrt (Electricity vendor). These guys will charge you exorbitant prices for electricity weekly. They are dictators who don't even engage with their tenants. We tried calling meetings to try and find out about what's happening, it's either they don't know or they don't pitch. IHS is just ****!
