IHS Property Management Terrible Credit Control Practices

I've moved out of the IHS complexes in Ferndale, Randburg due to terrible book keeping practices. Their credit control team keeps claiming tenants are in arreas without first checking any records internally.

To date I am still receiving threatening SMS's claiming I owe them money. When I call to confront them about it, I get told to ignore the SMS's and the call gets cut. Apart from which their switchboard is hardly ever answered.

I'm hoping that one of the managers of this poorly run operation can at least respond to this post.
