IHS Property Management, robbing black South Africans

The property management company requested that I pay a double deposit as they said my credit was bad. My credit score at the time was 615. I assumed it was ************** based on my race and the area I was moving into. I paid the double deposit.

I was harassed and victimized by their security despite having requested that all issues pertaining to my flat be forwarded to me in writing via e-mail.

Following the harassment I decided to move out, at which point my double deposit was retained as the property management company said they needed to paint all my walls. I did no damage to the flat, I did no damage to the walls, and the property management company said all the walls needed a fresh coat of paint which they made me pay for by retaining my deposit.
