Ihs property management poor management taking chances,they dont want to pay my deposit back

I have been staying at IHS property building at Ekhaya , fleurhof for the past six years, I have put in a notice to move from the building last month end and now they are giving me problems to get my deposit back for R4160 with interest the money was receiving all this years now they want me to pay R6105.75 for maintenance of the flat , the reason why I moved out in the first place is that the ceiling is leaking and its affecting my furniture and complained for it to be fixed no luck and there is mould the whole entire flat which is affecting my sons health and they never maintained the building in the six years I lived there now I am supposed to pay for the bill I don't even know what it is for .
