IHS Property management is a **** of a company , avoid renting from any of their buildings . Especially in Midrand ( Urban Ridge west , east and south ) . They never maintain the apartments and when something breaks they always charge the tenant . they building manager and property managers are very useless , they never help with anything. the complexes have potholes that are never fixed , security is very poor , its very noisy during the week n weekends
