IHS Property Management is a ***** , They never return your rental Deposit , Worst Property Management

IHS Property are *****s , I've stayed there for 2 years , I paid my rent always and in time , just a month ago i vacated the apartment in Urban Ridge South , It has been an issue to get my full deposit refund instead They gave me half and told me they are using the other to repaint the whole apartment , all simply because there wer a few stains on the wall , I had scrubbed the walls thoroughly and left just a few stains u can barely see from a distance . now they are making me pay to repaint the whole apartment .

So be careful to who ever is staying there or wishes to stay at any IHS managed property , you will never get your refund .
