IHS Property Management Increasing Rental Without Proper Notification(Urban Ridge East)

<p>On the 28th of July IHS property management sent a Tax Invoice with a rental increment without ever sending a notification that rental will increase. Which i believe is ********ly according to property law under rental and leasing. I contacted them with regards and they asked me to e-mail them they will postpone it for now, which i did with no response from their side.</p> <p> </p> <p>I paid my normal rental now they sent an sms saying that part of my july rental was paid and my TPN record was adversly affected how when theynever got back to me and when they had said they will postpone it.</p>
