IHS property management incompetence

They always switch off power for us as tenants and when we ask them they said we did not pay rent, for the whole year.

They have a very *********** and arrogant consultant by the name of Monica who deals with capetown apartments, she is the most useless and inefficient.

She doesn't help you but tell you there is nothing she can do even when you present facts.
