The lack of professionalism in this company seems to be one of their core values. It takes forever to get through to anyone over the phone and even when you have managed to get through to someone, no one seems to know what is going on. They are by far the worst rental group I have dealt with. The tuck-shop down the road offers a far more better service than they do. I have had an unresolved credit issue that has been dragging since 2020 and today over two years later the issues still remains unresolved. Utterly distasteful service/ rather no service whatsover
