Ihs Property Management bad agent (Cliff Masungi)

very bad! I thought I have seen rude... this is worse ... a fellow human like you just looks at you feel superior. Even super worse ... his name "Cliff Masungi ". i think he is the manager or agent at Erand Creek , got there, to view a unit show room. he just said "look to the right to view, and look to the left to view, when you done come back to me" he didn't even move an inch from his desk.

Secondly, i have no idea what facility the complex has till date he didnt even say anything about it , my guess was he either tired, or unprofessional.

Thirdly, when i got back to him he said all the gibberish ... and said i should send him my email via whatsapp so he can send me the application form . believe me from 11:45am till 5pm .. i didn't see any application form.

i sent him message on whatspp begging i even used P'lease Sir ', "Hello Sir " . he read and ignored. Infact i have a screenshot .
