Ihs property management are ******! (The Village, Clubview not a good place to stay in)

The bad service we've been receiving from the IHS PROPERTY OFFICES ever since we moved to The Village complex in Clubview Centurion under IHS property management is exhausting. In November 2018 the month we moved in, I broke my leg in their stairs and I couldn't walk so I asked to be moved to a ground floor unit. The agent said I need to pay deposit for the new unit to be moved which I paid. In January they gave me an invoice of "repairs " they did on that previous unit of which who can make damages that costs R1687 within 3 weeks of staying in a place. I disputed the invoice and the building manager also confirmed that when he was doing the inspection he made some errors some of the things were damaged before we moved in and should be deducted from the invoice.

Memory who is the credit controller I've been engaging with from IHS has been in all those emails but till this day the invoice hasn't been corrected. What they have done they included that amount on my monthly rental fee so since January I've been getting statements that I need to pay R8600 of which my rent is R7100. They are not fixing this and they just debit every month that R8600 since January I have to go to my bank and dispute their debit order then pay manually my rental of R 7100 and this is going to ruin my credit record. I've sent couple of emails asking them to fix this and 2 weeks back Lena also from IHS PROPERTY management credit controllers said she will fix it but still it hasn't been fixed. I've sent the agent(Zanele Jele) , building manager(Jack) and credit controllers (Memory and Lena) an email yesterday asking them AGAIN to resolve this because another R8600 went through yesterday and none of them has responded.

IHS PROPERTY management people are ****** , every month there are tenants moving out because of the same issue here and noise of course. Moving to one of their complexes was the biggest mistake and I'm currently looking for another place I'm tired of their ignorance!
