On exit trust me you won't get your deposit back because they will use for maintenance which was never done while you were in. Please note that IHS Property Management and Zoey Forbay (***) are ****** and anyone who wants to buy or rent in Birchwood Village in Chartwell don't waist your time and money!!!!!
