IHS property is ridiculous

IHS is a pathetic agency, I'm super furious right now. I paid my rent but missed R400 and promised to pay it on the following week, then they cut my electricity through protea meter. I really want some action to be taken against these people . They are ridiculous. It is ******* to restrain basic needs from tenants be it electricity or water .
