They are the worst Landlords. They collect money from tenants but do not pay Municipality. As a result municipality disconnects electricity for the whole complex. So even tenants who are up to date with rental payments suffer. The Landlord is using a "prepaid" system called ISMRT. The system is not transparent as tenants cannot see and monitor their consumption. They are refusing to install municipality prepaid metres.
